His operational experience includes full P&L responsibility as CEO of a publicly traded software company, as well as leading the turnaround and restructuring of many companies, both private and public.
Rich has completed over three dozen M&A transactions and has raised over $250 million of equity and debt.
Rich was the co-founder of NetStream, a next generation telecommunications company where he raised $130 million from UBS Capital and Cisco Capital. He is a Board Director of Unify, a public software company that is a global provider of application development, data management and migration solutions. He also serves on the Board of Directors for a cloud based software company and an internet marketing and branding company.
